Balanced Wild Yam Cream

GIVEN + GATHER Balanced Wild Yam Cream was created for moon cycle ease. Naturally balancing, this wild yam and vitex cream offers support in restoring harmony within the rhythm of our moon cycles to ease the physical and emotional discomforts from menstruation to menopause.  This cream is chemical and hormone free, and entirely plant based.

INGREDIENTS:

This blend features Wild Yam (Dioscorea opposita) and Chaste tree berries (Vitex agnus castus) in a shea butter, olive oil, aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil base.

HOW TO USE:

Apply a small amount twice daily on your inner arms, inner thighs, chest, or abdomen, alternating area with each application. Pause use for 1 week during your menstrual flow or chosen week for men or if no menstrual flow.  For external use only.
